We Are Hiring: Credit Control Officer

Responsibilities

  • Manage credit control activities, including monitoring and collecting accounts receivables.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all collection efforts.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Identify and report delinquent accounts for review and necessary action.
  • Take proactive steps to resolve issues affecting timely collection.
  • Ensure adherence to established credit policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or credit control.
  • Basic knowledge in preparing daily collection reports.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Numerically accurate with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident, independent, and equipped with sound problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Resourceful, energetic, and detail-oriented, especially in handling strategic matters.
