Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with other department on agreement signing for Extra Financing and Money Lending.
  • To establish and maintain efficient document controlling and e-filing directory and system on documents and loan agreement.
  • To prepare Money Lending agreement for each intercompany transaction.
  • To ensure accurate and timely issuance of billing and collection for Money Lending.
  • To ensure timely processing of Sales and Loan documentation implement the best collection method and follow up by making phone calls, emails, reminders to maximize collection.
  • Handle complaints and difficult calls.
  • To compile and prepare weekly report on overall collection and outstanding ageing report.
  • Overseeing collection team and ensuring the accurate and timely follow-up on delinquent accounts.
  • Monthly review on debt ageing reports and monitor the debtor's payment collection and preparing collection report for monthly management meeting.
  • Create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding
  • To assist and look into all the documentation of all the long outstanding cases that drawdown from financers that are still pending.
  • Liaise with solicitors for pending stamped Money Lending documents.
  • Manage Money Lending system.
  • Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their work.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Requirement :

  • Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in credit and collections
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
