**Skills and Profile**

**Technical**:

- Proven technical leadership on JDEdwards + minimum one other Oracle Application (Siebel or PeopleSoft) implementations.
- Have a clear understanding and can articulate the capabilities and functionalities of various modules available within JDEdwards namely - Financial Management, Analytics, Human Capital Management, Customer Relationship Management, Capital Asset Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning & Execution, Supply Management, Project Management, Real Estate and Home Construction.
- Has successfully implemented JDEdwards Enterprise One Applications 9.1 and 9.2 (preferred) across customer implementations involving some or all of the above modules available within JDEdwards.
- Able to plan, define, install and configure JDEdwards systems and procedures and ability to draft and comprehend JDEdwards Enterprise One reference architectures both on premise and on Oracle Cloud.
- Able to troubleshoot issues regarding networks, software, hardware and operating systems.
- Working experience with database(s) like Microsoft SQL Server or IBM DB2 along with JDEdwards Enterprise One Deployments would be added plus.
- Have working experience on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS and Database related PaaS services including Autonomous Database and Exadata Cloud Service). Understands OCI networking constructs used within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Understands database migration strategies and is conversant using database migration tools. Have migrated JDEdwards database tier to IaaS, DBCS or ExaCS or vice versa for an JDEdwards environment hosted in OCI. Has exposure and have used Oracle database migration tools used to migrate Oracle database(s) to Oracle Cloud with mínimal or no downtime.
- Has working experience converting a JDEdwards database environment with single database instance environment to RAC (Real Application Cluster)
- Thorough understanding of DR and HA architectures for Oracle JDEdwards Applications. Has previously implemented Disaster Recovery site for JDEdwards either between on-prem and Oracle Cloud or between two Oracle Cloud Regions.
- Has working hands on working experience on JDEdwards OneClick Provisioning and has performed lift and shift of a JDEdwards environment to OCI using JDEdwards OneClick Provisioning tool. Migration of JDEdwards environments from on-premises to OCI using other methods will be an added plus.
- Has designed and implemented operational support processes and understands key challenges customers are facing during implementation and migration of Oracle JDEdwards Enterprise One Applications to Oracle Cloud.
- Strong understanding of JDEdwards Application hosting environments such as Managed Data Centers, Cloud based infrastructure and Virtualized environments.

**Functional**

**Core**
- At least 10-12 years of overall relevant professional experience, including ideally 6+ years of Oracle JDEdwards Enterprise One Applications based solutions including at least 3-4 years in a cloud environment. Exposure to JDEdwards World would be an added plus.
- Deep relevant technical expertise and background working in organization in an Engineering, Architecture, Development, Sales Consulting or Consulting role
- Proven and demonstrable solution knowledge in Oracle PaaS and IaaS and Hybrid Cloud architecture and solutions
- Works cross-LOB to develop architecture solutions and IaaS blueprints to integrate customer IT and customer business process changes to support strategic business needs.
- Able to lead project implementations involving lift and shift JDEdwards environments from on-premises or other cloud platforms to OCI.
- Research deployment alternatives and provide design recommendations to both internal and external team
- Discuss key trends and insights and leverage them in driving executive decision-making discussion with customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and highly comfortable speaking across all levels of management and technical audiences
- Build strong relationships with HQ Engineering/Product Management teams to be a customer advocate with HQ Development on required enhancements or in support escalations
- Clearly able to understand and articulate the Oracle Go-To-Market strategy in JAPAC across the Oracle portfolio
- Understanding of commercial business to effectively position Oracle solutions and why they offer superior TCO vs competition.
