Operation Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record processing.
- Ensure service levels are consistently delivered in accordance with established procedures.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Operations department with general administrative tasks and provide assistance as needed.
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by supervisors
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates and individuals with no prior work experience are welcome.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in handling data.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to communicate effectively with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking stakeholders.
- Willing to work on Malaysia public holidays in line with the Hong Kong public holiday calendar.
- Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week (Monday-Friday full day; Saturday half day) and 100% office-based work.
- Flexible to work on shift schedules as required.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
