**Job responsibilities**:

- Perform daily operational process for unit trust (UT) product, including subscription, redemption, switching and transfer.
- Handle daily bond operations, including order processing and Free of Payment (FOP)
- Perform unit allocation and ensure accurate and timely processing of client transactions.
- Submit orders to fund houses, custodians, and relevant counterparties.
- Handle corporate actions across various products and markets, particularly for unit trusts and bonds.
- Manage client account approval, maintenance, and updates in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update fund-related documents to ensure accuracy and timely.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the operations team and assist the manager when needed.
- Participate in system enhancement initiatives, including project discussions a

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship or academic project experience will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage.
- Responsive, professional, and proactive in communication.
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
- High level of attention to detail, hardworking, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently, reliable, and takes initiative

**Working days**:

- Monday-Friday (9AM-6PM)
- Saturday (9AM-1PM)

**Salary**: RM 3500

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
