**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Property Operations Management**: Monitor all aspects of property operation to ensure the homestays are running smoothly, including guest check-ins/outs, maintenance, and service delivery.
- **Property Inspection & Setup**: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall guest satisfaction. Ensure properties are set up and ready for guest arrivals, meeting all quality and maintenance standards.
- **Unit Handover**: Ensure seamless handover of units between guests, ensuring all necessary amenities are in place and the property is in pristine condition.
- **Housekeeping Management**: Arrange and oversee housekeeping services, ensuring consistent quality in cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. Ensure highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality and ensure each unit is consistently maintained to exceed guest expectations.
- **Maintenance Coordination**: Manage the scheduling and execution of maintenance tasks to ensure the property remains in optimal condition for guests. Handle urgent repairs or requests in a timely and professional manner.
- **Logistics & Supplies Management**: Oversee the logistics for all operational supplies, including toiletries, linens, and other essential items, ensuring timely procurement and distribution.
- **Guest Experience Oversight**: Ensure that guests receive the highest standard of service and that any issues or concerns are promptly addressed to ensure their satisfaction.
- **Reporting & Feedback**: Provide regular reports on property performance, guest feedback, and any operational challenges. Proactively seek ways to improve processes and guest experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in operations, property management, or hospitality.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle various tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of property management software or tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory management.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
