Protege Trainee

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategies & managing marketing campaigns across available platform by delivering product messaging to the targeted prospects efficiently;
- Brand build credibility of MNC brand by having consistently carry out research to keep up to date with customer or market trend;
- Regular meetings with vendor and colleague across multiple departments to organise events such as product launches, virtual exhibition & etc;
- Responsible to work with product executives/managers to incorporate marketing needs into dedicated product planning and strategy;
- Develop and execute creative event concepts aligned with organizational goals;
- Coordinate all logístical aspects, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, décor, etc;
- Identify and secure partnerships with relevant vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions;
- Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services and products;
- Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential attendees from variable sources such as LinkedIn, personalized calls, EDM etc. to nurture leads, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement;
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time; and
- Complying with department guidelines and company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate, unemployed or working part time basis
- Possess minimum Certificate of Successful Completion of Degree Program
- Completed Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Protege Trainee Contract for 8 months
- Proven experience in event planning and execution.
- Ability to speak well to drive attendance and engagement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Positive attitude, self-motivated
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to travel outstation
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
