Account Payable and Receivable
- Prepare monthly reports
- Monitoring on the overdur or outstanding payment due from debtors
- Cheque preparation and online banking transaction
- Maintain an effective filing system
- Data entry task for all revenue and expenses
- Correspondence to external suppliers and customers on documentation queries
- Assist in office general admin and operations
- Arrangement for company events and activities when necessary
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient and resolve administrative problem
- Maintain employee profile and up to date leave records
- Payroll and benefits administration
**Requirements**:
- Required skills:MS Office, Excel
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Required language:Mandarin,English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to interact with people at all levels
- Able to start work as soon as possible
