**Position**:Import & Export Junior Executive / Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Handle all specific matters related to the company's import and export customs clearance, logistics, and freight forwarding to ensure the smooth operation of the company's import and export and logistics business.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with customs officials, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all customs transactions and related documentation.
- Coordinate shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues that arise during transit.
- Negotiate with logistics providers to secure cost-effective services.

2. Manage order placement and payments.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders and payments.

3. Undertake other tasks assigned by the General Affairs Department and the company.

**Qualifications Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Major in International Trade or relevant is preferred.
- Possess international trade knowledge and understand general customs clearance procedures.
- Willing to engage in import, export, and logistics-related work in the long-term.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay languages.
- Meticulous, practical, and responsible in work.
- Diligent, eager to learn, proactive, and possessing strong sense of responsibility and execution capabilities.
- LMW experience and managing experience will be advantage.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
