**Role: Japanese Speaking Customer Support / Fintech Project**

**Work Location**: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

**Salary details**:Basic salary: RM5,000-8000/ per month

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development.
- Set and maintain high standards for customer service, ensuring that the team meets or exceeds customer satisfaction targets.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Foster open communication within the team and across departments

**Requirement**
- **Opens for Japanese Native or local Japanese speaker who has N1.**:

- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills both in English and Japanese
- Basic operating knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
- **8 hours /day**

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
