**Job Scope**:

- Engage with buyers in real-time through live chat to address inquires, resolve issues and provide support.
- Utilize product knowledge & resources to accurately and cc efficiently assist buyers with their questions and concerns.
- Serves as communication bridge between sellers & buyers.
- Provide personalized assistance to each buyer, demonstrating empathy and understanding while maintaining professionalism.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on product updates and company policies to better assist buyers & address their needs effectively.

**Requirements**:

- 6/12 Months Contract (extendable)
- Work Shift Hours : 5working days, 8am-5pm / 12pm
- 9pm (weekend as rotational)
- EPF, Socso, EIS, offer letter, Payslip, Annual Leave - yes we provide
- Training: Virtual Training first 2 weeks at home from 9am-6pm.
- Laptop : provided by Customer as need to collect on first day at Midvalley, Mercu2
- Start Date: 23rd June 2025

**Person's Requirement**:

- Fresh graduates or 1/2 years experienced applicants in Customer Services are welcome to apply.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- Proficiency in multitasking and navigating multiple chat conversions simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts across weekend
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
