**Summary of work**

The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for full cycle accounts payable and general accounting. The Coordinator’s daily responsibilities include and may not be limited to processing vendor invoices, verifying ACH payments runs, and resolving internal and external vendor’s inquiries. As well as providing (or assisting with) monthly AP payment performance reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate resource planning for AP activities for daily smooth operation.
- Oversee vendor invoice processing activities and resolution for mismatch invoices.
- Prepare reports regarding cash flow and ensures correct payments are made in a timely manner.
- Focal point for AP issues escalation
- Adhere to guidelines for proper handling and coding of invoices to maintain general ledger expense account and inventory records.
- Analyze expense reports and other invoices for accuracy and eligibility for payment.
- Verify ACH weekly payment run
- Maintain good relationship with all internal and external stakeholder
- Meet deadlines related to daily, monthly, and quarterly tasks
- Assist with audit requests
- Communicate with and train internal and external stakeholders and resolve disputes or differences
- Provide backup of day-to-day task of AP Manager when needed
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Business Administration
- 3+ years of experience accounts payable operation.
- Thorough understanding of accounts payable functions.
- SAP Accounts Payable knowledge and experience - current user of SAP
- Self-motivated with superior time management ability
- Provide clear and concise communicate to various levels the organization
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization and external vendors
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate efficiently and professionally under pressure
- Excellent supervisory and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software with high proficiency in Excel
- Continuous improvement mindset is an added advantage

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
