**Job Summary**:
We are seeking bilingual (Mandarin + English) Accounts Payable Specialists to join our Finance & Accounting (F&A) team. The role involves managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Employee Reimbursements (ER) for global operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices/vendor payments while adhering to compliance standards**.**

**Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Mandarin + English)**

Openings:

- Junior (0-2 yrs):
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements (AP/ER) accurately**.
- Handle financial documents in Mandarin (invoices, vendor queries).
- **Support treasury operations**, payment runs, and reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end closing and audits.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Mandarin & English** (written/spoken).
- Junior: 0-2 yrs in AP/Finance

**Preferred Skills**:

- BPO/Shared Services experience.
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
