**Requirements**
- Must be able to speak, read and write in _**English and Mandarin**_
- Fresh graduates are welcome with any field of study
- Able to demonstrate critical thinking, a proactive attitude, and composed communication in challenging situations
- Able to receive continuous feedback and work in a fast-paced working environment

**Responsibility**
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, or company policies.
- Guide customers through processes, such as making a purchase, setting up an account, or navigating a website.
- Identify and resolve customer issues or complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or other departments, if necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in written form, as chat support relies on written communication.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's system.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
