We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented airline customer service representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers in Traditional Chinese and General English. You will assist customers in answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. This position is a permanent night shift job, and candidates with experience in the tourism and hospitality industry are preferred.

Night Shift - December Intake

Working Hours: 8:30 PM to 8:30 AM

Working Days Per Week: 5 days per week

Shift Duration: 9 hours and 30 minutes, including 1 hour for meals and 30 minutes for a break.

Job Responsibility -主要職責

  • Offer excellent customer service via inbound call, email, and Live Chat in Traditional Chinese and Average English.

以繁體中文和一般英語通過電話或電子郵件提供優質的客戶服務。

  • Assist customers in answering inquiries, resolving problems, and addressing service-related issues.

協助客戶解答查詢、解決問題和服務相關問題。

  • Manage and resolve issues, including flight bookings, ticket inquiries, and other travel-related problems.

管理和解決問題,包括航班預訂、票務查詢和其他旅行相關問題。

  • Process bookings and support tasks related to airline programs and product-related information.

  • Process transactions and ensure the accuracy and detail of data entry.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Ensure timely resolution and follow-up of customer concerns.

Job Requirements要求:

  • SPM holders and above, with one year of customer service experience, and recent graduates are also welcome.

SPM持有者或更高學歷,具有1年客戶服務經驗,也欢迎应届毕业生。

  • Fluent in Traditional Chinese and  English (written, spoken, and reading).

精通繁體中文和英語(書面和口語)。

  • Prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred, but not mandatory.

具有航班行业經驗者優先,但不是必須的。

  • Pay attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer requests.
