销售业务员 sales executive

工作职责:
1、执行销售工作并确保完成管理层下达的所有销售目标。
2、负责销售结账,整理并报告销售进度,确保销售目标的完成。
3、根据分配的目标执行、成交订单并输入销售交易/顶订单。
4、销售文件的密切跟进;即在批准的时间内按照要求签署销售合同、收取货款、填写完整的订单数据表等。
5、熟悉本领域产品及产品基础知识,为潜在客户提供准确的信息。
6、不断了解市场上竞争对手的产品,并与同行业的人员建立网络,以获得第一手的行业信息,以制定针对前景的战略方针。
7、确保在售前、售中和售后期间与客户和潜在客户互动的效率。
8、建立牢固的融洽关系,并通过每个接触点的卓越服务迅速回应客户的询问,以保持较高的客户满意度。
9、根据销售计划,协调并执行内部和外部的销售活动/促销活动,例如路演、展览、产品发布会等。
10、在系统中维护和积累潜在客户数据库,以便在未来建立持续的潜在客户管道。
11、进行市场调研,整理和分析数据,协助管理层判断市场趋势和客户需求。
12、按照经理的指示处理其他工作职能。
Job Responsibilities:
Performs sales activities and ensure all Sales Targets given by management are met.
To be responsible on closing sales, compile & report sales progress to ensure achievement of sales targets.
Perform, close and key-in sales activities / sales transactions as per the assigned target.
Close follow-up on sales documentation; i.e. signing of Sales Agreement, collection of payment, complete set of purchasers booking data form, etc. as per requirement within the approved time frame.
To be familiar with the products in respective area and basic product knowledge of other areas in order to provide prospects with accurate information.
To be constantly updated on competitor product in the market and build network with personnel across the same industry to gain first hand industry information in order to develop strategic approach toward prospects.
Ensure efficiency while interacting with customers and potential prospects during pre-sales, ongoing sales and post sales.
Build strong rapport and response to prospects enquiries with excellence service every touch point to maintain high customer satisfaction level.
Coordinate and perform internal and external sales activities / promotions for events; i.e. road shows, exhibitions, product launches per Sales Plan.
To maintain and accumulate a database of prospects in system in order to create consistent pipeline of potential customers in the future.
To carry out market survey and market reseach, compile and analyze data to assist management in determining market trends and customer needs.
Attend to other job functions as and when instructed by Manager.

2、工作经验:至少2年相关销售经验,有钢铁行业经验者优先。
3、办公技能:熟练使用办公软件(如Microsoft Office、WPS),并擅长处理商务邮件。
4、需自备交通工具,并愿意接受本地或外地出差。
5、办公地点:吉隆坡
6、积极进取,自我激励,主动性强,以结果为导向,能在最少监督下独立工作。
7、拥有优秀的沟通技巧和良好的人际交往态度。
8、具备良好的行为能力,包括人际分析、问题解决、结果导向、客户导向及持续学习能力。
9、在快节奏环境中具备销售导向能力和独立工作能力。
10、欢迎销售与市场营销、工商管理、冶金工程等相关专业的应届毕业生申请。
11、流利的普通话和英语。普通话能力为必需,因为需要与普通话管理团队进行沟通。
Job Requirements:
Quailification : Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field.
Working experience : Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in sales & experience in steel industry in added advantage.
Office Skills: Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, WPS) and skilled in handling business emails.
Possess own transport and willing to travel locally or outstation.
Office based at Kuala Lumpur or Klang Valley area.
Aggressive, Self-motivated, willing to take the initiative, result oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong and excellent communications skills with good interpersonal attitude
Good behavioral competency with interpersonal on analytical, problem solving, result focused, Customer Focused and continuous learning.
Sales driven and independent in a fast-pace environment.
Fresh graduated in Sales & Marketing, Business Administrative, Metallurgical Engineering is welcome to apply too.
Fluent in Mandarin and English. Mandarin is required as candidates will need to liaise with Mandarin speaking management team.
