Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with F&B, retail, and wholesale clients
  • Follow up on orders and coordinate deliveries to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Identify customer needs and provide professional product recommendations
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Collect and analyze market trends and competitor information
  • Assist in organizing trade shows, promotions, and new product launched
  • Prepare regular sales reports and propose business improvement ideas
