About the role
Join our dynamic team at TDCX Malaysia as a Customer Service Specialist in the aviation industry. This full-time role is based in Kuala Lumpur and involves providing exceptional customer service to clients. You'll be the voice of our airline partners, helping passengers with their queries and ensuring a positive experience.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to inbound customer calls, emails and messages with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently and effectively
- Provide accurate information and advice to customers regarding flight bookings, delays, cancellations and other airline services
- Contribute to process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
