Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers.
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries by answering product and service questions.
  • Identify and resolve customers' problems and complaints by selecting the best solution.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any field.
  • Experience in Customer Service/ Call Centre would be an added advantage.
  • Fresh Graduates encourage to apply.
  • Able to work on WEEKEND and NIGHT SHIFT.
  • Fluent in English
