Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls only from Singapore customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Identify and resolve customer problems effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain professional and positive communication with all customers.

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts (24/7, including weekends).
  • Able to commit to the training and assessment process.
  • Able to work on weekends and night shifts.
  • Fluent in English
