Account Manager Job Description:

According to requirements of company management, this position is responsible for developing sales channels, monitoring sales performance of channel agents, adjusting distribution channel policies, improving distribution channel sales, and finally achieving sales targets.

根据公司管理要求,该岗位负责拓展销售渠道、监控渠道代理的销售业绩、调整分销渠道政策、提升分销渠道销售额,并最终实现销售目标。

• Complete the sales tasks assigned by headquarters under sales cost reduction targets;

在销售成本控制目标下,完成总部下达的销售任务。

• Develop core channel customer database, visit customers regularly, maintain good cooperation relationship;

建立核心渠道客户数据库,定期拜访客户,保持良好的合作关系。

• Cooperate with sales manager to develop sales policies for channel agents and institutional customers in each sales season;

配合销售经理,在每个销售季制定渠道代理及机构客户的销售政策。

• Keep an eye on changes in the competitive market and develop policies for institutional clients and agents;

密切关注竞争市场变化,制定面向机构客户和代理商的应对政策。

• Manage physical agents and network agents within the jurisdiction, update and issue regional airline promotion products and policies in real time;

管理辖区内的实体代理商和网络代理商,实时更新并发布区域航司促销产品与政策。

• Look for agents with potential Chinese customers, complete the negotiation and signing of cooperation agreements and other related work;

寻找具有中国客源潜力的代理商,完成合作协议谈判与签署等相关工作。

• Event marketing and brand promotion on behalf of the company;

代表公司开展活动营销及品牌推广工作。

• Conduct flight operation support at airport if assigned by the manager of the Rep Office;

如由代表处经理指派,需协助执行航班运行保障工作。

• Ability to handle multiple and changing tasks, working in weekend and evening hours, and overtime if necessary;

具备处理多项及变化任务的能力,能接受周末、夜间及必要时的加班工作安排。

• Complete any other work related task assigned by the manager of the Rep Office.

完成代表处经理交办的其他相关工作任务。

DUTY MANAGER 主要工作内容 / Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ground service agents: supervise and coordinate activities to ensure efficient and smooth operations;

管理地面服务代理:监督并协调地服代理的工作,确保运行高效顺畅。

• Establish and maintain relationships with customs, immigration, and other airlines to facilitate cooperation;

建立并维护合作关系:与海关、移民局及其他航空公司保持良好沟通与协作。

• Monitor check-in and boarding operations to ensure compliance with safety and service standards;

监控值机与登机环节:确保值机、登机过程符合安全与服务标准。

• Handle passenger complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction;

处理旅客投诉:及时、专业地处理旅客投诉,提升旅客满意度。

• Manage compensation claims (irregular baggage handling included) in compliance with company regulations;

管理不正常航班补偿事宜(包括不正常行李):按照公司政策受理旅客补偿申请。

• Monitor and assess performance of ground service providers and suppliers to maintain service standards;

监督地服供应商与其他外包单位的服务质量:定期检查并改进服务水平。

• Coordinate crew logistics including transportation, catering, and accommodation to ensure smooth operations;

负责机组后勤保障:协调机组交通、餐饮及住宿安排,确保航班运行顺畅。

• Monitor and manage ground ancillary revenue activities, including upgrades, excess baggage fees, and other ground sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance;

负责地面辅营收入监控及相关管理工作:跟进地面销售、升舱、行李超限费及其他辅营收入,确保账务准确合规。

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by HD & Representative Office.

完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
