  3. 甲乙方经验优先(做过猎头服务/招聘都可)

Position: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Kuala Lumpur

About the Role

We are expanding our social gaming business in Kuala Lumpur and are looking for a professional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, build strong talent pipelines, and play an important role in supporting our business growth locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for key positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a talent mapping system for long-term hiring needs.
  • Provide insights on talent market trends and deliver data-driven reports.
  • Solve recruitment challenges with creative and effective hiring solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in internet/technology industries.
  • Strong skills in talent sourcing, mapping, and problem-solving for difficult roles.
  • Experience from both recruitment agencies (headhunting) and in-house HR is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
