An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Recruitment Specialist to join a leading organisation in Malaysia on an immediate basis. What you'll do:

As a Corporate Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation by attracting and securing top talent for critical corporate positions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

  • Sourcing and screening high-calibre candidates across multiple corporate functions using a variety of channels and networking strategies.
  • Conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organisation.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business, keeping them informed and engaged at every stage of the hiring process.
  • Overseeing offer management by preparing competitive packages and facilitating negotiations between candidates and internal teams.
  • Coordinating onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into their roles and feel welcomed from day one.

What you bring:

Your extensive background as a Corporate Recruitment Specialist equips you with the expertise needed to excel in this role. Key requirements include:

  • A minimum of six years' proven experience in recruitment, specifically handling end-to-end processes for corporate functions such as finance, supply chain, sales & marketing, legal, or human resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates using multiple channels including job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Exceptional screening skills with an eye for detail when reviewing CVs and assessing candidate suitability against role requirements.
  • Strong interviewing capabilities with experience conducting competency-based interviews both virtually and face-to-face.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills enabling you to build trustful relationships across different departments within an organisation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of offer management procedures including package preparation, negotiation tactics, and compliance considerations.
  • Experience coordinating onboarding activities that foster positive first impressions for new employees joining corporate teams.
