What you'll be doing?
  • Develop recruitment strategies: Create and implement hiring plans that align with the company's social gaming business goals in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment: Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle for key positions, ensuring a seamless process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build talent pipelines: Establish and maintain a robust talent mapping system to support long-term hiring needs and strategic resource planning.
  • Provide market insights: Deliver data-driven reports on industry trends and talent market dynamics to inform business decisions.
  • Solve hiring challenges: Design innovative and effective solutions to address complex recruitment problems and hard-to-fill positions.
Who are they looking for?
  • Recruitment experience: At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the internet or technology sectors.
  • Strong sourcing skills: Demonstrated ability in talent mapping, sourcing, and problem-solving for challenging roles.
  • Diverse background: Experience in both agency (headhunting) and in-house HR environments is highly valued but not mandatory.
  • Communication prowess: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in Mandarin, as it may be beneficial for engaging with diverse talent pools and stakeholders.
