Front Office Assistant

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a courteous, professional, and well-organized Front Office Assistant to manage the reception area of our hotel. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and supporting daily front desk operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly, professionally, and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and lobby area.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety standards.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
