About the Role
- We’re looking for a friendly, responsible, and proactive Customer Service Executive to support our daily operations.
- You’ll play a key role in coordinating between clients, supervisors, and team members — ensuring smooth communication, accurate record-keeping, and excellent customer satisfaction.
Compensation Package
- Basic Salary: RM2,200 - RM3,200
- Performance Allowance: RM600 - RM1,200
- Sales Commission: 10% for every successful deal
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday; required to reply customers during Saturday and Sunday)
- Probation: 3-6 months (based in Medini)
- After Confirmation: Work location shifts to Taman Molek, JB
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers and arrange appointments with referrals
- Record and update customer information accurately in data sheets
- Coordinate orders for supervisors and maids
- Maintain finance records, worker off-days, and supervisor claims
- Follow up on client payments
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and order documentation
- Provide sales support and follow-ups with clients
**Requirements**:
- Able to communicate effectively in Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and service-minded
- Familiar with KPI-based performance goals
- Basic experience in customer service, admin, or coordination is an advantage
