Property Operation Executive

Job Description:
- To support the HOD on day-to-day management such as security, housekeeping, and resident and tenant relations.
- To assist the HOD on yearly business operating budget and management reports preparation.
- To assist HOD in document review, proposals and contract preparation.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure all licenses and insurances are procured or renewed accordingly.
- Tenancy management for both residential and commercial.
- Handle complaints & enquiries from residents/tenants in a professional manner and maintain good relationships with the residents/tenants.
- Maintain proper records of all complaints received and ensure timely attention and resolving all issues as per established service standards.
- Obtaining quotations, supervising and monitoring services, rectification and installation works carried out by external contractors and in-house maintenance.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance.
- To liaise with contractor, consultant and authorities on relevant matters.
- To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed and assigned by the superior.
Requirement:
- Degree in business studies or its equivalent with good numerical skills. A team player and able to work independently using your initiative and interest to ensure operational continuity.
- Preferably working experience or knowledge in maintenance, administration, management or finance with good analytical and problem solving skill.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High standard of work, accurate record keeping and attention to detail.
- Meticulous, independent and strong in critical thinking.
- Multi-tasking
