*Job Description*

1. Safely and efficiently operate and perform routine maintenance on laser cutting machines (e.g., TRUMPF, Bystronic, Han's Laser).

2. Precisely cut metal sheets/tubes (e.g., stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum) according to work orders, technical drawings, and programs.

3. Conduct daily equipment inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance; report any malfunctions promptly.

4. Monitor the cutting process, perform first-article inspections, and conduct in-process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

5. Handle loading/unloading of raw materials and organize/post-process cut parts.

6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe (5S principles) work area.

7. Accurately complete production logs, equipment checklists, and related documentation.

8. Perform other assigned tasks as required.

*Qualifications & Requirements:*

1. High School Diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in Mechanical, CNC, or related fields is preferred.

2. *Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience operating laser cutting machines, with strong knowledge of operating procedures and safety compliance. *(Motivated recent graduates or individuals with relevant technical backgrounds may be considered for training).

3. Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and technical instructions.

4. Proficiency in using common measuring tools (calipers, tape measures) for part inspection.

5. Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and ability to identify simple faults.

6. Meticulous attention to detail, strong quality focus, and commitment to efficiency.

7. Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling materials.

8. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

9. (preferred) Familiarity with laser cutting programming software (e.g., BySoft, TruTops, SigmaNEST).

10. (preferred) Experience cutting specific materials (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum alloys).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
