**Pharmacy Retail Marketing Executive**

**Position Overview**:
The Pharmacy Retail Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of localized marketing strategies, in-store events, and promotional campaigns. This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement and driving sales growth while maintaining compliance with healthcare advertising regulations in Malaysia. The person in this role will temporarily report to the Chief Pharmacist.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign & Promotion Execution**
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Coordinate the roll-out of in-store promotions, ensuring timely delivery of materials and effective execution.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements based on data.

**In-Store Event Support**
- Assist in organizing health campaigns, product launches, and community events at outlets.
- Liaise with outlet managers and pharmacists to ensure successful event execution.
- Handle event logistics, including vendor coordination and material preparation.

**Digital & Offline Marketing**
- Assist in creating marketing collateral for both online and offline channels.
- Use customer insights and analytics to optimize campaigns and promotions.

**Collaboration & Communication**
- Liaise with the buyer to align marketing efforts with product launches and inventory planning.
- Work closely with the design team (Weblite) to develop creative and effective marketing assets.
- Coordinate with external vendors and creative agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
- Work with the operations team to align campaigns with outlet-specific needs.
- Provide regular updates to the Chief Pharmacist on campaign progress and outcomes.

**Compliance & Branding**
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with Malaysia’s healthcare advertising regulations.
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing touchpoints.
- Assist in partial poison order with SOP.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
