**Job Purpose**:
To oversee and manage all production activities to ensure efficient, safe and high quality manufacturing for chili sauce and ketchup while achieving production targets and cost efficiency.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities for chili sauce and ketchup manufacturing lines.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
- Monitor production metrics including yield, efficiency, waste reduction, and output quality.
- Coordinate with procurement team to ensure adequate supply of raw materials.
- Manage production staff including line supervisors, machine operators, and production workers.
- Implement and maintain food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000) and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate with maintenance teams.
- Optimize production processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with QA/QC Manager to ensure product quality standards are met.
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance data for management.
- Lead continual improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
- Ensure workplace safety protocols are followed and conduct safety training.
- Manage production budgets and control operational costs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in food manufacturing, preferably in sauce/condiment production.
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continual improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of cost accounting and budget management.
- Knowledge of HACCP, HALAL Certification, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, or similar food safety certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM3,646.80 - RM11,074.14 per month
