PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages the project team through all phases of the Software Development process.
- Creates functional and technical documents in the beginning of each project and progressively updates it throughout the project cycle.
- Maintains a project documentation repository of historical and current project information, including project management plan, lessons learnt, scope document, functionality document, technical documents, and minutes of meetings.
- Facilitates all Scrum meetings seeking to create a regular ‘sprint rhythm’.
- Identifies and drives implementation of continuous improvements within the project team.
- Proactively identifies and helps resolve issues in a professional and emphatic manner.
- Reports overall project status to management, escalating major issues as necessary.
- Facilitates team meetings and other day-to-day activities as required by the team.
- Shields team from external interferences and removes obstacles.
- Suggests and implements improvements to project management, software development and other organisational processes.
- Supervises and motivates project groups in an agile environment.
- Manages the resources allocated for a project and plans ahead for any risks that might occur.
- Ensures that the set requirements are well-defined and give direction for delivery.
- Interacts with Company’s clients and get to understand their needs.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Good command of professional and communicational English.
- Good client communication track record.
- Clear evidence of documentation skills as part of overall project management skills.
- Formal Scrum and/or Project Management training.
- Experienced in software development.
- Demonstrated history of successful project delivery in an agile environment.
- Expert knowledge of various project planning and tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Expert knowledge in handling various repositories such as GitHub and GitLab.
- Strong motivation and initiative.
- Organised, detail-orientated and thorough.
- Strong planning skills - schedules, resource allocation, issue management, tracking, reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience
