**Tanggungjawab Utama**
- Menyimpan dan mengemas kini semua rekod penyelenggaraan lori termasuk tarikh servis, jarak perjalanan, spare part dan lain-lain.
- Menyusun dokumen invois, resit dan laporan bengkel secara teratur.
- Menyediakan dan memantau jadual servis berkala bagi setiap lori serta memastikan servis dilakukan tepat pada masanya.
- Berurusan dengan bengkel dan pemandu untuk penyelarasan kerja penyelenggaraan dan pembaikan.
- Menyediakan laporan bulanan kos penyelenggaraan dan mengenal pasti kawasan penambahbaikan.
- Menyemak invois bengkel sebelum dihantar ke bahagian akaun untuk proses pembayaran.

**Kelayakan & Kemahiran**
- Minimum **Diploma** dalam bidang **Logistik, Automotif, atau Pengurusan Operasi**.
- Pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya **1 hingga 3 tahun** dalam penyelenggaraan kenderaan atau pengurusan fleet diutamakan.
- **Fresh Graduates** yang proaktif dan rajin juga digalakkan untuk memohon.
- Mahir menggunakan **Microsoft Excel atau Google Sheet** untuk merekod dan menganalisis data.
- Mempunyai sikap teliti, kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dan mampu bekerja secara berdikari.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
