**Duties & Responsibilities**
1. To assist in monitoring and supporting all food-related operations.

2. To control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities such as meal preparation, creation, plating and delivery.

3. To prepare meals and completing preparation support as needed.

4. To deliver meals to all wards/units.

5. To collect back all cutleries / meals from wards/units.

6. To do all cleaning of cutleries.

7. To assist kitchen in food preparation including cutting of vegetables, fruits, meats, etc.

8. To collaborate with Dietitian in constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings.

9. To assist Head Chef in ensuring and maintaining proper sanitation protocols and food safety practices in the kitchen and cafeteria.

10. To assist in making sure that proper portion control protocols are met.

11. To be involved in meals distributions, ensuring quality, appearance and portion size of the meals.

**Requirements**:
1. SPM or equivalent.

2. Must have Food Handling Cert and Typhoid Injection Jab.

3. Able to write and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English language.

4. Good understanding and ability to comply with food, health and safety regulations.

5. Experience with cooking skills and the ability to successfully operate cooking equipment

6. Willingness to work on scheduled hours, shifts and weekends, public holidays, on-call, if required

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
