Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, pots, pans, and dishes using proper washing methods.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, walk-in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas.
  • Organize and store clean dishes and equipment in their designated areas.
  • Assist in waste disposal and recycling procedures safely and efficiently.
  • Operate dishwashing machines and ensure they are properly maintained.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines according to company and regulatory standards.
  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food prep or equipment setup when required.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
  • Ensure all working areas are kept clean and free of hazards.
  • Support banquet and service teams as needed, including setting up or cleaning after events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM1,700.00 per month
