Position**:Customer Service Representative (Utility Project)**
Location**:Wisma TNB, Jalan Timur, Pjs 10, Petaling Jaya, Selangor (Near LRT Taman Jaya)**
Salary**:RM2,000 - RM 2,400.00**

Working Days**:5 days’ work with 2 days off (Rotational)**
Working Hours**:Rotational shift basis (9 hours per shift)**
- 7.00 AM - 7.00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- 7.00 AM - 5.00 PM (Weekend / PH)
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Open to anyone who is interested in pursuing their career in customer service. (no experience required)
- Experience in the utilities or telecommunications sector is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and efficiency.
- Open to working flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them as necessary, ensuring that each issue is managed efficiently and professionally.
- Manage inquiries related to tariffs, usage, account status, reconnection requests, and other relevant matters.
- Address billing and metering issues, for enhancing service quality.
- Monitor and address customer inquiries and complaints to ensure prompt resolution.
- Organize inquiries and rescheduling for smart meter installations across the country.
- Deliver immediate and proactive measures to resolve issues efficiently when SLAs are not met.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
