**Salary**: RM 2300 (Renewable 1 year contract)

Work in shift pattern from Monday - Sunday.

Working hours: (8am - 5pm) and (10am - 7pm) NO NIGHT SHIFTS

We are a single point of contact to respond to customer enquiries and feedback on billing and account related matters based in Petaling Jaya. (near LRT Taman Jaya)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

- Paid Training will be provided
- NO Marketing or Sales involved
- Fast-paced environment processing customer request
- Identify and handle customer inquires till completion, ensuring highest accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Possess strong ownership and responsibility to complete assigned tasks within the timeline.
- To be a good participation team player in helping the team to achieve the overall KPI’s.
- To manage internal and external customers with high respect while maintaining professionalism.
- Ensure the data are accurate and reported timely to the superiors for KPI reporting.
- To carry out any ad-hoc special tasks assigned by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

- Preferably with minimum of 0-1 year working experience in Administration / Customer Service
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is compulsory (both speaking and writing).
- SPM Credits in Maths, Bahasa Melayu and English
- 20 full time contract position available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 per month
