The **Outlet Supervisor** take charge of the daily operations of the shop. This role ensures smooth sales processes, excellent customer service, and a motivated retail team. You will be responsible for managing stock, supervising staff, and maintaining visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience and drive store performance.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Train and guide team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and store protocols.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or coaching.
- Ensure proper handling, display, and storage of inventory.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and staff attendance records.
- Assist with cash handling and banking procedures.
- Report maintenance issues, customer trends, and staff concerns to management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in business management or marketing is an advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of retail experience
- Possesses own transport
- Strong leadership, responsible, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and overtime
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (required)
- Supervising: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person
