1. To monitor stationery stock and prepare monthly stock report.

2. To raise requisition for purchase when the stocks reaches the minimum level

3. To receive, check, record and label items purchased from suppliers and to store them

4. To administer the distribution of stationaries upon receiving the stationaries request form

5. To check faults on office equipment upon receiving the service requisition form and to seek authorization from supervisor for repair.

6. To source for repair cost quotation from suppliers/workshops when instructed by supervisor and seek authorization for repair from the assistant manager

7. To send faulty office equipment for repair upon receiving authorization

8. To receive invoices of repair jobs, match them with the authorized service request form and route the documents to the finance

9. To renew company's vehicle insurance and road tax.

10. To administer the allocation of usage for meeting rooms based on bookings done, and to check daily the cleanliness of the meeting rooms.

11. To arrange for scheduled service for company pool vehicle under admin unit custodian.

12. To administer the summons received and route to assigned staff of the vehicle and supervisor for settlement.

13. To liaise with TM and car Rental Company on all summonses received for leased vehicles.

14. To liaise with TM Risk Management Unit on any claims with regards to vehicle accidents and loss of assets.

15. To do all other appropriate tasks as instructed by supervisor

16. To conduct despatch work when instructed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 per month
