- Minimum 5 years experience in supporting senior executives.

- Open to improvement activities and new challenges.
- Interest in working in a diverse business and cultural environment.

**Main duties/Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming calls, documents and requests for the CEO’s office.
- Check and finalise documents for CEO’s approval.
- Organise meetings and events hosted by the CEO.
- Take minutes of meetings when required.
- Create spreadsheets, draft correspondence and manage databases.
- Create presentations and reports using available tools.
- Research and prepare summary reports prior to CEO’s meetings.
- Disseminate relevant information from CEO’s office.
- Organise and maintain accurate and effective document system in CEO’s office.
- Liaise with all external parties including customers, directors, shareholders, vendors, dignitaries and government agencies, when necessary.
- Manage other personnel with exemplary professionalism.
- Manage driver’s assignments and company’s vehicles.
- Perform all ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations of CEO’s office.
- Travel within Malaysia and perform tasks as assigned by the CEO.
- Carry out any other duties and job functions as and when required by the Company.
- Abide by all Company rules and regulations including Company's Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.
- Read, understand and be in compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics and its related policies at all times.
- Comply with the Company’s Risk Management Manual, Policy and Procedures and related instructions including awareness and carry out the roles and responsibilities required under the documents.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
