**Job Description - Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with customers to schedule appointments and ensure the Sales team is equipped with accurate and up-to-date materials.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide updates on order status or delays, and coordinate delivery timelines.
- Input and manage orders in the system, ensuring timely fulfillment in accordance with customer requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and efficient resolution of issues.
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems and sales records; prepare regular sales reports and assist in providing financial data to the Finance team.
- Support promotional activities by presenting the company’s products and services in a professional and compelling manner to potential customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and relevant legal requirements.
- Undertake any other sales-related tasks or special assignments as directed by the immediate superior.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Diploma / Advanced / Higher Certificate in Business Management or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service abilities.
- Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date with current market and industry trends.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
