Assist senior marketing team members in conducting comprehensive pre-audit research on potential clients to understand their needs and market positioning.
- Support the creation of detailed company introductions, emphasizing our services, values, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with team members to develop marketing materials and presentations that effectively convey our offerings to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyse data related to department and clientele performance, including won and lost deals, objectives, and services.
- Identify target audiences and emerging trends to help enhance future conversion rates.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to refine marketing strategies.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing marketing databases and documentation for easy access and reference.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
