**About the Role**:
We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded, visionary marketer to lead our marketing efforts and shape the future of our brand.

As the **Marketing & Strategy Lead**, you will have the opportunity to guide and implement comprehensive strategies that drive growth and brand awareness, both online and offline.

This is an **equity-based role** that offers the chance to be a key part of a startup, with flexibility and autonomy, but requires a highly self-motivated and disciplined individual.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies to ensure a successful product launch and drive sustained growth.
- **Brand Management**: Define and refine the brand’s identity to establish a strong market presence, aligning messaging and values across all platforms.
- **Digital Marketing**: Oversee SEO/SEM efforts, manage paid advertising campaigns, and optimize social media strategies to maximize online reach.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging marketing materials (videos, blogs, graphics) that align with the brand’s voice.
- **Analytics & Insights**: Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and use insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the Sales & Outreach Specialist and the Customer Experience team to align marketing efforts with the overall business objectives.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and strategy development.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
- Creative and analytical thinker, able to make data-driven decisions.
- Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a strong sense of ownership and discipline.
- A passion for Korean culture and familiarity with the Korean market is a plus.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
