Job Description1. CRM Services & Solutions

  • Explore and broaden knowledge of CRM services and solutions, including:
  • Community management initiatives
  • Loyalty programs and customer engagement solutions
  • Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Gain hands-on exposure to the CRM ecosystem across diverse media channels.

  • Provide recommendations on the most effective CRM strategies and solutions.

  • CRM Project Management

  • Support the execution of CRM projects and initiatives.

  • Assist in preparing pre-audit reports and conducting proposal research.
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals and participate in pitching sessions.
  • Build expertise in CRM project management, covering contests, loyalty programs, and membership programs.
  • Drive community management activities, including engagement, activation, lead generation, and brand building.
  • Prepare social media analytics reports, including competitor benchmarking, product insights, and brand listening.
  • Assist in customer service projects such as responding to messages, handling inbound/outbound calls, and supporting chatbot training.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • Genuine passion for marketing and customer engagement.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, approachable, and personable.
  • Willing to work on-site in Puchong, Selangor.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
