a) To propose, plan, conduct validation study related to food safety and quality control plan whenever there is a new or change of product, process and machine.

b) To propose, plan, conduct allergen assessment for incoming, in process and finished goods products.

c) To conduct product shelf-life study and analyze shelf-life study data with recommended product shelf life to Sales Department.

d) To conduct internal microbe test for finished products, semi-goods, WIP or incoming material and to report the result.

e) To arrange finished product for external accredited lab to perform food safety and quality product analysis based on regulatory requirements of intended market.

f) To conduct internal swab test on machine to verify machine cleanliness and hygienic condition before operation.

g) To conduct customer complaint investigation and conduct internal meeting for root cause analysis with related departments. To verify corrective action taken by responsible department for customer complaint and ensure that it is effective to minimize repeating customer complaint.

h) To perform incoming and in process verification based on HACCP Plan Summary and Quality Control Plan whenever there is a need to replace IQA and IPQA.

i) To involve in internal food safety and quality audit, customer audit, Halal Audit to ensure effective implementation of quality and food safety system.

j) To fully understand and support the implementation of GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001.

k) To implement and maintain workplace cleanliness in the laboratory.

l) To maintain a good recording and documentation system.

m) Undertake any other related job as directed by Superior from time to time.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:

- QA/QC: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (preferred)
