Responsibilities and Authority:

- Achieve the new customer development goals and new customer sales targets assigned by the company.
- Identify, develop, and execute sales strategies for the assigned industry/customer group based on company performance objectives to increase the potential customer base.
- Analyze projects within the scope of responsibility and develop sales activity goals and plans based on annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly targets to improve project success rates.
- Actively participate and influence the work coordination of internal collaboration teams to provide reliable support for clients and projects within the scope of responsibility.
- Maintain long-term partnerships with clients and the company, develop medium to long-term business plans, and plan for required resources to enhance the order potential of existing customers.
- Assist in streamlining and optimizing business processes to improve team efficiency and business development effectiveness.
- Gather market information on industry trends, clients, competitors, etc., and organize and analyze it to provide rational recommendations for future sales and product strategies.
- Timely complete various business reports as required.
- Adhere to the company’s business policies and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in the company’s lean management projects, initiate improvement suggestions, and implement improvement actions.
- Strictly adhere to the company’s management regulations and follow the operational procedures of the position; receive education and training on company management and safety production, acquire the necessary knowledge for the job, improve work skills, enhance accident prevention and emergency response capabilities. Actively participate in risk identification and continuous improvement in the department; in case of discovering potential hazards or other abnormal issues, report them promptly to superiors. In the event of an emergency situation directly endangering personal safety, have the right to stop operations or evacuate the work site after taking possible emergency measures.
- Other responsibilities to be exercised according to relevant manuals and process regulations.
- Other matters arranged by superiors.

Job Requirements:Education Background:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Electronics, or related fields.

Work Experience:

- Have more than 5 years of work experience in sales, project management, and customer service in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Familiar with PCBA production processes and have knowledge of the OEM/ODM industry.

**Skills**:

- Good market analysis and judgment ability, good customer service awareness.
- Strong ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Strong sense of management by objectives.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, able to conduct business negotiations in English proficiently.

Professional Qualities:

- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive work attitude, strong psychological resilience to handle high work intensity and customer pressure.
- Clear expression ability, good communication and coordination skills, good negotiation skills.
- Good personal control, strong team cooperation ability.
- Healthy, able to adapt to short-term domestic and international travel. May be exposed to factory hazards, static radiation, and electromagnetic radiation during work execution.
