**Job Overview**

We are seeking a driven and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on outbound B2B and B2C sales, customer acquisition, and strategic marketing to expand our presence in the e-waste recycling sector. If you’re passionate about sustainability and want to make a real impact, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales Duties**
- Develop and maintain relationships with industrial clients, SMEs, government agencies, and residential communities.
- Promote our e-waste collection services, including buyback programs, recycling solutions, and bulk disposal services.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and agreements tailored to client needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.

**Marketing Duties**
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns focused on educating and engaging target audiences about e-waste disposal.
- Manage company presence across digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, website, etc.).
- Organize marketing events, roadshows, and community recycling programs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Willing to travel locally for sales meetings and marketing activities.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in the recycling, waste management, or environmental services industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
- Basic graphic design and content creation skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or SEO best practices.
