The Facilities Executive will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities of KEDAI are operating as they should be. This includes managing preventive maintenance programs, responding to urgent maintenance calls and overseeing renovations and refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:
**Facility Management**: Oversee and manage all installations, repairs, and upkeep of the marketplace's property, including machines, mechanical systems, buildings, and other structures.

**Preventive Maintenance**: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all facility equipment and systems.

**Vendor Management**: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors about repairs that cannot be addressed in-house.

**Emergency Planning**: Develop and implement emergency procedures for the facility.

**Budget Management**: Prepare and track the facility's budget, ensuring that the facility operates within the set budget.

**Safety Compliance**: Ensure that the facility complies with all safety regulations and that all employees are aware of safety procedures.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a Facilities Executive or relevant role.

3. Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
