Facilities Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Company’s representative to be registered in DOE and DOSH portal.

2. Manage the operation of Security Guards.

3. Company’s representative to Fire Department and BOMBA related matters.

4. Maintain the infrastructure of the factories, including electrical, mechanical, water and air systems are functioning at its top-notch conditions.

5. Manage cleanliness of the factories, e.g. production, canteen, toilet, cleanroom garment,laundry, janitor, etc.

6. Able to design and setup the infrastructure of the factory in the future.

7. Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, ie. Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, Chemicals, Electronics, or relevant field. 

Minimum 6-7 years of progressive leadership experience in a Facility position. 

Possess strategic Facility hands-on experience in managing the Facility team. 

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- facility management: 7 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
