You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle.

**The Key Competencies to be a Rockstar**
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Telemarketer/Telesales/Recruiter or in a similar role.
2. Familiarity in hiring within the space of Mass Recruitment.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
