**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage office operations including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of documents.
- Prepare, review, and maintain company records, contracts, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Update company databases, staff records, and general registers.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and staff activities.
- Support in processing invoices, petty cash, and expense claims.
- Assist with vendor management, sourcing supplies, and negotiating quotations.
- Provide administrative support to finance team in audits or reporting.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication.
- Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and scheduling.
- Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
**Requirements**:
